We have ‘no return’ policy, which means you cannot request a return.
We can address your concern if the product is damaged over mail. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product image or video, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
